Tradisi ini menjadi salah satu bentuk apresiasi perusahaan kepada seluruh karyawan sekaligus menjadi sarana mempererat kebersamaan lintas divisi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada tanggal <strong>26\u201327 Juni 2026<\/strong>, seluruh tim RHLC berkumpul di <strong>Villa Lonuo, Tilongkabila<\/strong> dalam suasana berkemah dengan mengusung tema <strong>\u201cBuilding Strongest Relationship\u201d<\/strong>. Seluruh peserta berpartisipasi dalam kompetisi memancing yang mengutamakan sportivitas, kesabaran, dan semangat kebersamaan. Melalui pertunjukan drama, setiap tim menunjukkan kreativitas, kemampuan berkolaborasi, serta keberanian tampil di depan seluruh peserta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beragam cerita yang ditampilkan tidak hanya menghibur, tetapi juga mengandung pesan-pesan positif tentang komunikasi, kepemimpinan, kerja sama, serta nilai-nilai yang menjadi budaya RHLC.
